ElegaSpace is dedicated to creating aesthetically pleasing spaces and refined spatial transformations. ElegaSpace is a company owned and run by Marcin Podolak who has had 20 years’ experience in transforming and developing high end luxury properties, restaurants, shops and hotels primarily in West and Central London.
Marcin is assisted by a team of 20 qualified workers trained to the high standard that Marcin demands. They are fairly paid and insured and consequently some of them have been with him for years.
The meaning behind the company name
‘ElegaSpace’, combining ‘Elegant’ with ‘Space’, this name conveys the company’s expertise in creating aesthetically pleasing spaces and refined spatial transformations.

Meet the director
Marcin Podolak comes from a family of builders and knows the meaning of hard work. His mentor taught him to pay attention to the smallest of details on every job, below and above the surface. Marcin oversees all projects his firm undertakes and checks everything before handing over to his clients. Honest and trustworthy, he has huge experience working on high end projects. His aim is to realise his clients’ dreams.
