It’s a new build three-storey family home set into a steep hill. A central atrium divides the massing into two halves, connecting them via a full-height central atrium which contains the staircase.

This glazed connection allows south light to penetrate every room, even in the most Northern parts of the building. Each half of the building contains three levels with staggered access via the staircase, forming six distinct split levels with a light, open and flowing spatial feel throughout.
